We are looking for a Cost Manager / Assistant Cost Manager with defence clearance or Australian citizenship to support all Defence projects in Sydney and the wider national Defence team.
Responsibilities:Provide support to senior cost manager across all aspects of projects including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, progress claim and variation assessment, final account close-out.Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan report.Measurement of all building elements for cost plan.Engage with market to obtain quotations / pricing to support cost estimate.Progress claim and variation assessments and valuations.Minimum Requirements:Defence clearance or Australian CitizenQuantity Surveying, or related, degree2-3 years post graduate experienceAIQS or RICS member or currently on the pathway to membershipExperience in CostX is preferred.Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
