Job DescriptionThe role is responsible to manage and run the Commercial team to deliver cost management services across multiple projects in the Commercial and Industrial sectors.
Pre contract cost planning services during design stages of projectsPost contract progress claim and variation assessmentsBusiness DevelopmentManage the Brisbane Commercial teamCommission ManagementSector Leadership for Industrial and Hi-tech for Brisbane Cost Management teamWork independently and take responsibility for deliverablesQualificationsRelevant Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management equivalent.Outgoing personality.Client facing and the ability to work independentlyAnalytical thinking.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
