Cost Controller/Project Accountant

Job Description Project Cost Control: Monitor and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.Implement and maintain cost control systems to ensure financial efficiency.Prepare regular reports on project financial performance for stakeholders.General Accounting: Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate should have:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on project cost control.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations in Australia and Malaysia.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, SAP) and MS Office Suite.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.What's on Offer -A salary range of AUD $110,000 - $130,000 per year
