During a period of organic growth, they are keen to further add to their Australian operations, with this newly created position of Finance Manager.
You will join an established and dynamic team and play a key part in overseeing business operations, and have your say in strategic decision making.Job DescriptionThe successful Finance Manager will oversee business operations related to procurement, supply chain, and logistics and ensure cost-effective processes across the group.
Moreover, the successful Finance Manager will drive key strategic decision-making and provide financial insight to the Group Financial Controller and CFO.Develop and manage budgets for supply chain, procurement, logistics, and distribution.Monitor and carry out cost analysis for manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain to drive efficiency improvements.Cash flow management.Establish monthly processes to review business performance.Financial analysis.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have worked in a similar role and have experience in an FMCG business with excellent technical ability.CA or CPA qualified.Previous experience in an FMCG or manufacturing role.Demonstrated experience in costing and supply chain-based finance roles.Ideally Big4 audit trained.What's on OfferA fantastic culture and career progression is on offer for the candidate, as well as a great remuneration package.State of the art offices.Established and collaborative team.$140,000 package + 8% bonus.Hybrid working setup.Opportunity to join a multinational, thriving business.
