Your day to day will include;
Facilitate EV measurement and updatesFacilitate the monthly Progress Claims processEnsure comprehensive reporting on Cost Control informationMonitor progress and identify potential problems in respect of budgets, schedules, engineering standardsSupport the Planner incomplete Project Schedule updates.Supporting the PM in Project Controls and Reporting across your projectsThrive with us! We hope you'll bring: We're looking for someone with stakeholder management experience, who is able to communicate with all key project personnel. Part of your role will be be leading the implementation of an operational plan (study, package, design), to ensure successful delivery of an engineering project. Having a solution-focused attitude, as well as an exceptional level to detail will be key attributes to ensure you're successful in this position. We hope you'll also bring;
5+ years' experience in project engineering, management and project controls role, with experience successfully leading a teamHigh level of computer skill with advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and MS Office package abilitiesUnderstanding of Budget allocation, WBS, SOW, Cost terminologyComprehensive understanding of the budget allocation processAbility to summarise and communicate complex data quickly and in a simple formatBonus but not required - Bachelor of Engineering degree (4-year duration) accredited by Engineers Australia at level of Professional Engineer; or Bachelor of Project Management degreeWhy you should choose us: Be part of a team that delivers projects with tailored services across asset management, replacement, refurbishment and brownfield expansions.
