Who we're looking for: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cost Controller to join our high performing project team, based in our site office at Richmond.
You will provide vital support to the team with financial queries, reporting and budgeting.
Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, with tasks including: Provide support to manager for any financial queries Assist to prepare monthly cost statements Maintain coding structures for the project You may also have the following additional desirable skills: Experience in and understanding of cost control practices Previous experience in basic excel budgeting and forecasting.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the project.
Experience using Share Point and/or Job Pac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
