This role will report into the Commercial Manager and be responsible for providing cost performance reporting and analysis for the project. Key duties include:
Developing and monitoring budgets, managing project expenditures, and forecasting future costsAnalysing financial data and providing forecasts, ensuring projects are aligned with financial goalsPreparing internal and client invoicing and supporting documentationMaintaining all cost commitments, including review of internal and third party costsReporting on project cost performance and analysing report outputs to create actions, whilst ensuring compliancePreparing cost forecasts and assisting in producing Status Reports as requiredProviding cost control support and assistance, including project close out and lessons learnt reviewsInputting client variations and maintaining current contract value and budgetsVariance analysis to compare actual versus budgeted and forecast to complete costsReviewing requisitions and commitments for compliance to project cost codingPreparing consolidated project invoicing forecastsDesired Skills and ExperienceSuitable applicants will have tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting or a similar field and have the following:
