With a focus on operating a quality service and a caring workplace, no two days are ever the same!ResponsibilitiesThe effective day to day leadership of your School Age Care Service team with a focus on coaching and building capabilityMonitoring and ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations under the National Quality FrameworkProviding consistent high-quality services in a safe and caring environmentManaging staff allocation, resources and budgetBuilding relationships with families and carersAs a Service Coordinator you will be expected to consent to the responsibilities of the Nominated Supervisor.Our Service operates between 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday, with split shifts organised to give you flexibility during the middle of the day.QualificationsDiploma in Children's Services / School Age Care or a relevant discipline is preferredQualifications in Diploma of Community Sector Management, Certificate III Frontline Management or other business management qualification are advantageousValid Working with Children's Check (WWCC)First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis CertificationValid Working Rights in AustraliaExperienceSubstantial experience working with children and families in the early yearsExperience in leadership with early years' education and care or in a similar roleExperience as a responsible person within a similar serviceStrong knowledge of pedagogical leadershipExperience in leading effective teams and achieving service targetsHaving acted or previously held the role of nominated supervisor is highly desirableWorking at Ambrose, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to creating a nurturing environment.
