Jim is a principal in our commercial and property division and works closely with Cosgriff Lawyers' many property and investment clients in both NSW and Victoria.
When assisting clients on technical and complex negotiations with other parties, Jim brings a problem solving and outcome-driven approach to the table. Jim's dedication to providing a highly personalised level of service and to achieving strong commercial outcomes, has seen him establish trusted and long lasting commercial relationships with many of his clients. With over 22 years in practise as a solicitor Jim has wide- ranging experience in commercial and property law services across commercial, industrial, farming and residential property.
