Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm.An opportunity now exists for a talented Desktop Support Analyst to join our national Technology team, based in our Perth office.The Desktop Support Analyst will help meet the firm's goals and objectives through the efficient delivery of hands-on technical support and assistance.Key responsibilities:Resolve and provide proactive support and attention to logged ticket requestsConduct installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and softwareIdentify, log, and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systemsManage staff movements and allocation of equipment, as well as the purchasing, allocation, and recording of mobile phone and technology loan fleetProvide support on calls allocated from National Help Desk and participate in technology projectsIdentify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementationRequired skills and experience:Demonstrated desktop support experience ideally gained within a professional services environmentStrong customer service focus with a positive and proactive approach to client serviceAbility to work autonomously as well as within a teamExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersWell-organised with the ability to prioritise competing tasksDisplays resilience and a positive attitude when faced with times of high pressureITIL Foundation certificateTo apply, click on the "apply" button or contact Joe Cincotta for a confidential discussion.For more information, see our website.
