Our Corporate team are trusted advisors to a global client base on a range of significant strategic and highly complex transactions in both the public and private sectors.
Candidates will ideally have between 3-4 years PQE gained at a top-tier law firm. They will have demonstrated experience working on a range of transactions including M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Advisory and FIRB. Candidates from all Commonwealth jurisdictions will be considered.
