We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Corridor Integrity Services Officer to join our Engineering and Planning team in Perth, WA on a Permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Team Lead Corridor Integrity Services, this role will contribute to the protection of APA assets through third party liaison, safety awareness presentations, landholder engagement, completing corridor inspections and unauthorised encroachment investigations.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate landholder interactions, cultural heritage considerations, environmental assessments, and health and safety approvals for operational activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory and community standards.
Conduct visits with landholders to address concerns, providing timely assistance and solutions to maintain positive relationships and operational efficiency.
Perform off-road patrols of asset corridors to monitor compliance with erosion control, vegetation management, unauthorised encroachments, and signage standards, ensuring operational integrity.
Review and assess corridor surveillance reports (from aerial and field patrols), initiating follow-up actions as necessary to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders on corridor conditions, third-party activities, stakeholder feedback, and compliance status, while promoting awareness of safety requirements through presentations to external parties, including contractors and local authorities.
About You Proven collaboration and influencing capability, applied across diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong safety focus and demonstrated adherence to safe work practices, as well as ability to promote and present safe working environments to diverse audiences.
Capability for regular work in the field and conducting site inspections/visits, including in regional locations and on construction sites.
Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
