Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role will involve working on the mapping and defining of data requirements for an important project related to Kronos WF UKG Pro.
Key Responsibilities: Reevaluate and translate external data requirements from systems into technical specifications for data model builds.Collaborate with stakeholders to define end-user requirements for dashboards and external views, ensuring the mapping of data aligns with business goals.Support data integration efforts, working with the development teams to ensure that data from various systems (including Kronos and UKG Pro) are mapped accurately and meet the operational needs.Maintain clear and consistent documentation of requirements, data mappings, and technical specifications.Engage with business stakeholders to define key business drivers, critical needs, and non-critical needs for data model developments.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration and testing of data and processes.Develop and manage functional testing and validation to ensure the data meets operational requirements before deployment.Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a strong background in data mapping, requirements gathering, and functional specification writing.Extensive experience working with Kronos WFC, UKG Pro, or similar workforce management and payroll systems.SQL will be required.Strong understanding of modelling and data integration best practices.Excellent experience in translating complex data and business requirements into technical solutions.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience working with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data mapping and designs.Knowledge of any workforce management tools.Strong project management experience, particularly in data-driven projects and system integrations.How to Apply:
