About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal to the success of our projects, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will manage essential administrative processes and logistics coordination for the project team.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate site entry requests, mobilisations, and accommodation logistics for project personnel. Ensure mobilisation requirements are met efficiently. Organise onsite training, VOCs, and inductions. Manage site work rosters, timesheets, and compliance documentation. Maintain accurate project records in electronic and hard-copy formats. Support the project team with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflows. Oversee office setup and supplies, including stationery, PPE, IT, and other stock. Manage purchase orders and receipting of invoices. Provide administrative support to HSE and HR functions and other ad hoc duties as required. Minimum Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction or civil industry. Familiarity with compliance standards and safety requirements for construction projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
