About the role We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Corps Administration Officer at our Adelaide Congress Hall location. Reporting to the Corps Officers, this is a permanent, full-time position. The role of the Corps Administration Officer involves responsibility for the day-to-day management of the administration operations and finances. This role will also offer support in business activities such as WHS and property management.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Clerks Award, Level 3.
You will successfully Oversee and manage the corps social media platforms and website, ensuring content is current, engaging and aligned with organisational goals and values. Create graphic design and promotional material for events, utilising both digital and print media, including but not limited to Sunday Services and Corps Events. Coordinate meetings, set agendas, take minutes and distribute documents for all meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items. Handle corporate card transactions and purchase orders, resolving supplier queries in accordance with TSA processes. Assist Corps Officers with budget preparation and liaise with DHA finance officers, preparing financial reports as required. Provide additional administrative support as required, including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence management. You will have (Requisite Skills & Qualifications) Certificate III in Business Administration or relevant field is desired and/or demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills in a similar role, including bookkeeping, financial administration, office administration, banking or business administration. High competence with Excel and/or data management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Drivers Licence.
