Experience with LMS and eLearning systems/platforms (eg Workday Learning, Articulate,360 Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, Adobe/Microsoft suites, etc) Human Centred Design experience and qualifications.
Proven experience in at least one of the following: HR, learning & development, change management, experience design, organisational development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of employee experience principles and best practices.
Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
Effective communication - engaging effectively across all levels, with strong verbal and written skills.
Understanding of employee needs, promoting a supportive and diverse environment.
Project and Change Management skills; expert in planning, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives.
Data-driven decision making, being able to analyse data to inform and improve employee experience and learning programs.
Ability to leverage technology and AI to enhance learning and development processes.
How will you support our "Why?" As one of our Capability and People Experience Business Partners, you will work as a true partner to the business, alongside an aligned People Partner (Human Resources Partner) to co-create incredible learning programs, career pathways, change and employee experiences for our Aussie Broadband Employees.
You'll use your learning and development, human centred design and project and change management skills to deliver game changing outcomes for our people.
You'll be an advocate for Aussie's values ensuring initiatives are supported by psychosocially safe and inclusive practice; you'll champion change and be an all-round beacon of positive employee experience.
Your responsibilities will include: Learning and Development: Collaborating to design, deliver, and evaluate dynamic, innovative learning solutions that align with ABB's objectives and strategic targets.
Utilising contemporary learning models and practices, including e-Learning, blended and face-to-face modalities, to drive organisational capability and prepare us for the future.
Business Partnering: Partnering with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic objectives, identify learning and development needs, and align initiatives to support business goals.
Provide expert advice and tailored solutions that drive performance and capability within teams.
Employee Experience: Supporting the improvement of the employee journeys from recruitment to offboarding, identifying key opportunities for better experiences.
Use data regarding employee satisfaction and wellbeing to create actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
Evaluate and prioritise training needs to align with ABB's strategic goals, and contribute to the development and delivery of capability frameworks using modern tools Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed employee experience and learning initiatives across all areas of the organisation.
Continuously assess and refine these initiatives to maintain their relevance and maximize their impact over time.
Professional Development: Staying at the forefront of learning and capability trends, continuously advancing your skills and sharing knowledge with the team.
Look for ways to optimize HR and learning management systems (Workday) and other people platforms as required, ensuring smooth operation and user accessibility.
