The opportunityDue to our growing portfolio of work, we have an opportunity to build out an experienced-hire role at the Manager level.As a Manager in the Corporate Tax team, you will work closely with Partners and clients to deliver interesting work in a flexible and trusting environment. The Manager is the lynchpin in this team and will also support junior staff through coaching, training, and reviewing work.

Key responsibilitiesReporting to the Partners, you will focus on research and preparation of tax advice regarding complex matters including:
RestructuresAcquisitionsInternational taxTax losses and tax consolidationThe role also requires being adept at completing corporate tax returns and tax-effect accounting calculations.
What you need to applyYou will have had some significant experience in Corporate Tax & Tax Advisory and possess a relevant degree and full CA qualified (or equivalent); you will be able to demonstrate through examples, a proven track record in a similar role; and technical knowledge will be something that you gravitate towards, and you will have strong tax technical expertise.If you're not quite there in your career but would like to pursue the specialty further, we would still love to hear from you.
