Key responsibilities:
Provide customized technical income tax advice tailored to client needs.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, assisting with compliance related to related party loans, tax planning, and structuring advice.
Manage tax compliance and governance frameworks for large client groups, including those with significant trusts.
Assist dynamic clients in navigating transactions by providing strategic tax insights and support.
Advise on business structuring and conduct tax due diligence to optimize tax positions.
Address tax issues affecting cross-border investments and structures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Assist with submissions, reviews, and audits conducted by revenue authorities.
Requirements:
Qualification(s) or professional accreditation(s) in Business/Commerce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant qualifications.
Significant relevant experience in a professional services environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present technical advice effectively.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong written and spoken communication abilities.
Willingness and ability to provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members.
