The Corporate Support Officer will play a pivotal role in enabling the Corporate Services Team.About The RoleThe Corporate Support Officer provides administrative support and has responsibility for a broad range of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. The position works in a small and fast paced team which requires the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, exercise discretion, good communication skills and be a team player.Assist with smooth running and upkeep of the office, including managing stationery supplies, arranging trades and services, and supporting office eventsProvision of administrative support including preparing meeting folders, photocopying and secretarial supportAssist with meeting planning, arrangements and set ups across the organisationManage travel arrangements and process travel acquittalsOversee the incoming and outgoing mail, packages and courier deliveries and collectionsManage and oversee multiple inboxes including triage, prioritise and responding to queriesManage collection and dispatchof laptops, mobile phones and other equipment to support work environmentPerform other tasks, as directed.Note: This role requires the occupant to undertake physical duties, including but not limited to taking trips to the post office (on foot) receiving and lifting boxes of goods (office deliveries) and assisting with setting up/packing up meeting rooms and equipment.ProfileMUST have Australian Citizenship.Attitude is key!!
