About the role The purpose of the Corporate Strategy Associate role is to lead the monthly strategic reporting process to support decision-making at the Executive Leadership Team level and support the design and management of the 3-year planning process. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with cross-functional KPI owners and stakeholder groups to source the required inputs for the monthly reporting cycle.
What you'll be responsible for Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights. Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals. Critical thinking: Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective, or insight.
