We are looking for a passionate Corporate Services Officer to join our team in Perth Metro (Head Office in Burswood and Hubs in Morley and Armadale). Our facilities are located in Busselton, Bunbury, Margaret River and Albany.

About the role Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will:
Oversee the implementation of the proactive and reactive maintenance plans for all SensesWA property and facilities (leased and owned) to ensure they meet organisational needs and strategic intent. This role will be responsible for the effective and accurate use of the LogiQC Repairs Register to document and prioritise work.
Make timely recommendations to the CFO on property lease renewal and/or termination, assessing the strategic financial viability of these for the future of the Business and anticipate future costs of these.
Oversee the SensesWA fleet, assessing the strategic financial viability of assets along with future planning financial impacts.
Oversee procurement with responsibility for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts in collaboration with the CFO, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.
What you will bring to the role Formal qualification in Finance or related field (minimum Certificate III)
Solid understanding of data analysis to make informed decisions.
Sound skills, knowledge and experience in the delivery of administrative and corporate support, understanding of financial tasks and procedures, including the ability to provide support for the administration of procurement functions.
At least 3 years' experience in supporting functions related to the management of facilities and fleet vehicles.
What we offer Industry competitive salary range of $75,000 – $83,000 base salary depending on the relevant experience + 11% superannuation
Salary packaging up to $15,899 of living expenses and up to $2,650 on entertainment benefits per year + 17.5% annual leave loading (valued at $875 – $1279)
4 weeks annual leave and 2 wellness days (valued at $500 – $730) pro-rata
