About the Role:

Excellent organisational and time management skills. Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance and also ability to manage high pressure environments. This exciting job opportunity falls under the Education Services Team within the Far North Region, providing support in processing administrative, finance and Human Resource requests across four teams.
Your Responsibilities: Provide support and information to external enquiries both over the phone and at the front reception. Operate autonomously to undertake day to day office procedures within well-defined policies (i.e. reception, process travel bookings, accounts receivable and payable, asset management). Provide information and advice to other staff on administration departmental policies and procedures. Utilise information and management systems (e.g. SAP, Content Manager, ExpenseMe) to support effective and efficient administration. Interested?
