We're seeking a dynamic Corporate Services Manager to oversee financial management, HR, business administration, and external relations.
This key role will drive organisational efficiency and strategic direction.
Role Overview As the Corporate Services Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the organisation's operations.
This includes financial management, HR, business administration, and strategic planning.
You'll work closely with the CEO to ensure compliance, drive efficiency, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and the financial viability of the organisation.
Manage financial obligations and risks, providing timely advice to the CEO.
Supervise payroll, accounts payable, BAS returns, PAYG tax, and Superannuation Guarantee.
Assist the CEO in developing the annual budget, monitoring and adjusting the budget, and preparing monthly reports.
Report quarterly and annually to funding bodies on grant expenditure.
Identify financial growth opportunities and provide accurate costings for proposals and tenders.
Lead the preparation of Audited Financials, the Annual Report, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Human Resource Management: Ensure HR practices comply with legislative requirements and awards.
Oversee recruitment, induction, staff development, and performance management processes.
Develop frameworks to support psychosocial wellbeing across the organisation.
Business Administration & Compliance: Drive compliance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual obligations.
Oversee the preparation and implementation of audits for the Human Services Quality Framework.
Manage work health and safety policies, procedures, and systems.
Oversee contract and supplier management for corporate services.
Oversee IT support, ensuring the organisation's digital capabilities meet operational needs.
Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or management role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
Experience in leading organisational change and fostering a positive workplace culture.
A solid understanding of the legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the not-for-profit sector, especially in relation to domestic and family violence services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
