You will oversee all Corporate Service functions, including finance, compliance, risk management, HR, IT, and office administration.

This position requires a strong leader who can effectively oversee a range of functional areas, including:Financial Management: Manage the organization's finances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.Human Resources: Lead HR initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.Business Administration: Oversee general administrative tasks, such as office management and procurement.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the organisation's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and ensure the organisation's financial viability, including managing payroll, accounts payable, BAS returns, PAYG tax, and Superannuation.Advise the CEO on financial risks, opportunities, and provide costings for proposals and tenders.Lead the preparation of audited financials, annual reports, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations, while reporting to funding bodies on grant expenditure.Human Resource Management:Ensure HR practices comply with legislative requirements and awards, overseeing recruitment, induction, staff development, and performance management.Develop frameworks to support employee wellbeing and maintain a positive workplace culture.Ensure compliance with HR-related regulatory and contractual obligations.Business Administration & Compliance:Ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual obligations, including audits for the Human Services Quality Framework.Manage work health and safety policies, contract/supplier management, and IT support to meet operational needs.Skills & Experience:Proven leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector with strong financial management skills, including budgeting and compliance.Experienced driving organisational change and fostering a positive workplace culture.Strong understanding of legislative requirements for domestic and family violence services, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.In close collaboration with the CEO, you will play a key role in driving organisational growth, improving efficiency, and maintaining compliance.
