Corporate Services ManagerJoin a leading community-focused organisation and make a real impact in a not-for-profit company. In this key leadership position, you'll manage all aspects of corporate services, ensuring the organisation complies with its regulatory and contractual obligations. Working closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to guide the strategic direction, manage budgets, and support the financial health of the organisation. Additionally, you'll be responsible for leading HR initiatives, maintaining quality assurance standards, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management: Oversee budgets, financial reporting, payroll, and compliance, ensuring programs operate effectively and sustainably.HR and Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment, staff development, performance management, and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and legislation.Compliance and Administration: Maintain and develop systems for regulatory, legislative, and contractual compliance, and lead audits under the Human Services Quality Framework.Leadership and Culture: Promote an empowering, collaborative work environment and drive continuous improvement across corporate functions.About YouQualifications: Degree in finance, HR, business management, or a related discipline.Experience: At least 3 years in a similar corporate services or leadership role, with strong experience in financial management, HR, and compliance.Skills: Advanced financial management skills, strategic leadership abilities, and a collaborative communication style.Values: Alignment with the organisation's values of integrity, compassion, advocacy, innovation, and collaboration.General RequirementsProficiency with finance/HR systems and Microsoft Office.Current QLD C Class Driver's License and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).National Police Check (organised by the organisation).This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in a meaningful environment and help support the vital work being done in the community.
