Our client is a reputable and well-known not for profit organisation providing quality and compassionate care to the aged across NSW and the ACT in residential care, home care and Independent living villages.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Services Manager to join their leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the financial management and reporting functions.
The role: Managing financial operations and reportingProviding strategic financial insightsLeading and building the capability of the Administration and Finance departmentsEnsuring regulatory compliance and effective controlsLeading financial reporting and analysisManaging budgeting and forecasting processesGovernment reporting and assisting in securing new fundingDevelopment and review of financial policies and proceduresDriving continuous quality improvementWhat we're looking for: Someone who is preparing to step up into a CFO role in the next 2-3 yearsTertiary qualification in Finance or equivalent5+ years of relevant professional accounting experienceStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent analytical, critical thinking, communication and organisational skillsProficiency in financial software and Microsoft ExcelCPA Australia or Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia CA membershipWhat we Offer: $180k + superSalary packaging benefitsFull-time permanent role17.5% Annual Leave loadingOpportunities for development and advancement in your careerPrime Sydney CBD location (3 minutes from Town Hall station)If you're ready to make a leap in your career with an amazing organisation, APPLY TODAY!
