With approx. 30 employees, the Community is looking to source an experienced Corporate Services Manager to manage the Corporate Accounts and Human Resources RoleReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Corporate Services Manager will be responsible for providing oversight and management of the Community's financial reporting and accounts function in conjunction with the external CSM will also be responsible to establish HR practices and processes for the workforce including performance appraisals, salary reviews, inductions and employee retention initiatives, as example. The role will also oversee the general Administration RequirementsThis role is suitable for experienced applicants with:Degree in relevant tertiary Management, Business, Accounting and/or rich Public Sector Administration experienceStrong Financial Reporting/Compliance/Governance skillsExperience in establishing a Human Resources function across generalist HR areasProven track record in staff management, team… Nu-Tank is a family-owned business that started in 2008, we supply superior products, deliver top tier customer service and most importantly give back to our manufactures polyethylene tanks, feeders and troughs.
