This position is client-facing, responsible for maintaining high levels of service delivery and resolving client and employee issues to foster long-term satisfaction.The role will oversee information technology infrastructure and business systems, ensuring systems are secure, supported, and aligned with business needs while also leading technology-driven projects. The role also manages human resource policies and processes such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance. Service provider management, business insurance, and property management are also key responsibilities of the position. This position requires a proactive, hands-on approach to drive service excellence and operational efficiency aligned with organisational goals.Whilst the role is diverse, the successful candidate will have a passion for technology-based efficiency and service improvements.
