Our graduate program: Our 18-month Graduate Program, Foundations, has been uniquely designed to bridge the gap between formal education and the workforce, establishing a clear path for your future and accelerated success. kick off with a three-day all expenses paid conference on the Gold Coast with your peers engage in structured learning through three tailored modules on topics designed to develop critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills experience exciting hands-on and in person learning every six months to build relationships and network with your peers from across the country receive mentoring from BMD's Board of Directors, executive management team and emerging leaders who genuinely want to build your leadership qualities and help you progress through the ranks see inspiring presentations from industry experts to build your skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork. What we need from you: Undertaking/completion of tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Marketing or Communications, Information Technology, Finance and Accountancy (graduating in 2024or mid-2025). Strong decision-making and communication skills, creative thinking and willingness to work collaboratively with others at all levels across our diverse workforce. Resilience and enthusiasm to achieve positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. BMD welcomes graduates with diverse backgrounds and experience.
