We offer a range of services that includes NDIS services, Outreach services, and supported accommodation.About the RoleThe Corporate Services Coordinator requires an experienced candidate that can be flexible to assist in corporate functions and act for the Manager Corporate Services role when needed. The ideal candidate will possess multiskilled capabilities in HR and IT systems, with a sound financial understanding, as well as the ability to manage and support other corporate services functions as required.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection, while also coordinating the induction and onboarding process for new employees.Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.Assist in the development and regular audit of employee job descriptions.In the absence of the Manager of Corporate Services, manage grievances, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and compliant manner.Support Program Coordinators with employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.Provide first-line support for key IT systems, specifically our client management system - Nightingale, human resources system - Employment Hero, and our procurement and approval system - ApprovalMax.Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT support to resolve technical challenges.Assist with the implementation and maintenance of a cloud-based Records Management System.Act for the Manager of Corporate Services when needed, ensuring continuity of services.Provide guidance and support to the Finance Assistant on basic accounting functions.About YouWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Human Resources and IT solutions who excels at multitasking, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has excellent communication skills.
