Corporate Senior Associate working directly on transactional matters in ECM/Securities/private M&A/IPOs; 3/2 wfh; work closely with Partners in BRIS and SYD; fast-paced.
The Role This is a role that can sit in Brisbane OR Sydney office.
You would work closely with 2 Partners located in Sydney and 1 Partner in Brisbane, all of which go between the offices.
Enjoy leading on a range of complex matters with clients through all stages of their transactions to ensure successful deal outcomes.

About You
You will ideally be a 4+ years corporate lawyer with the following:
