Corporate Secretarial Senior Officer - Sydney, Australia - Sage Valley Senior LivingWe are seeking a Corporate Secretarial Senior Officer to provide a full spectrum of company secretarial and administration duties to our client entities, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and local statutory rules.
Key responsibilities include handling business filing with ASIC, managing relationships with clients and service providers, and performing due diligence on clients with regular review.
