More about this role... • A pivotal part of our Corporate Sales Team working in a very buoyant market within an extremely busy Centre.
• Supporting the Corporate Sales Team with a wide range of administrative tasks and strategic sale activities, ensuring timely and efficient action for all stages of the sales process.
• We manage a high level of incoming phone calls and web enquiries – must be comfortable and experienced in communicating across both platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up to date data and records within all sales reporting systems.
• Reports to Associate Director of Sales – Corporate & Events.
• A fulltime position in a demanding sales environment.

More about you... • Ideally you have current sales or administration experience from a large 5 Star event venue.
• Must be experienced in venue management systems, ideally Momentus (formerly Ungerboeck) or, extensive experience using very structured business databases.
• Strong proficiency in business systems including Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience using Event Draw or similar will be viewed very favourably.
• Must enjoy a dynamic and busy sales environment and be a team player.
• Possess a strong aptitude for and interest in, learning new skills and processes.
• Professional, organised and well presented.
• Spirited and friendly.
• Pride in your work that clearly shows attention to detail and well-crafted time management skills.
• Your one team approach will nurture a culture of care and collective success.
