Insolvency and Restructuring Accounting ManagerLead Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Insolvency and Restructuring Accounting team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex restructuring processes and providing expert financial analysis to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing professional restructuring cases.
You will be required to work closely with our clients to develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies, overseeing an engagement team and managing multiple workstreams.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing restructuring and insolvency strategiesManaging multiple workstreams and leading an engagement teamProviding expert financial analysis and advice to clientsPreparation of reports, presentations, and other written correspondenceRequirements:
