Corporate Registered Migration Agent (Migration Advisor)Migration Solutions is looking for an experienced Corporate Migration Agent (Migration Advisor) to join our new office in Melbourne, primarily working closely with our long established and new corporate clients.Salary: Migration Agent $90,000 - $110,000This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years employer sponsored and corporate visa experience.About Migration SolutionsMigration Solutions are leaders in contemporary Australian immigration advice and assistance. For over 23 years, we have delivered strategic immigration advice, assistance and guidance to businesses (local and international), key industry sectors, sporting teams and organisations, Government and individual visa applicants. We currently have a team of 10 registered migration agents across our offices in Brisbane and Adelaide.As part of our national growth strategy, we are rebranding and undergoing a significant transformation creating an exciting business model unique to the Australian migration profession.The RoleThe role includes meeting with new and existing corporate clients, assessing their opportunities to access the Australian migration program to address current and future workforce needs and providing ongoing advisory services, managing their global mobility requirements and a range of employer-based visa applications for international candidates. This includes assisting with the preparation, lodgement and processing of employer sponsored/nominated visas and other temporary visas to the Department of Home Affairs including:Company Specific, Industry and DAMA Labour AgreementsTemporary and provisional employer sponsored 482/494 visasPermanent employer nominated 186 visasTemporary 400, 403, 407 and 408 visasGlobal Talent (including GTI and Distinguished Talent) 858 visaThis role also includes:Quality Assurance, checking visa applications prior to lodgementResponding to RFI's, writing character submissions and health waiversCorporate governance of sponsorship obligationsDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdentifying new clients, industries and opportunitiesContributing to a positive, supportive and efficient workplaceBuilding, supervising and developing a local teamOutstanding communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, accurate record keeping, the ability to work as part of an experienced and established team, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet critical deadlines is essential.
