About the company A leading energy organisation in the heart of Adelaide CBD requires an immediate start temporary receptionist to be the first point of contact for greeting customers, visitors, and contractors.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Managing inbound calls and addressing queries over the phoneGreeting clients and customers at receptionProviding high-level administrative support to the teamSupporting enquiries and directing calls to the relevant departmentsManaging email, meeting rooms, and online bookingsIssuing security passesRequirements/SkillsExceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, and friendlyExperience working in a busy receptionist roleHigh attention to detailCompetency with IT systemsMust be well presented If you are interested in this role, please APPLY today.
