About the Role
As the face of the company, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and ensuring the seamless operation of the reception area and meeting rooms. You'll be vital in coordinating couriers, distributing mail, and providing essential support for internal meetings and events.
This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to manage a busy front desk while keeping the office running smoothly.
