The Role They are now seeking a driven Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their close knit team.
You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to their clients and administrative assistance to a team of Accountants.
Duties & Responsibilities Meeting and greeting clients Answering phones and liaising with clients Incoming and outgoing mail Drafting letters and correspondence Collating tax returns Liaising with the ATO in regards to client queries Following up on outstanding documentation and signatures from clients Updating client information on the database Lodgements of BAS/IAS and income tax returns Preparing letters Preparing documents to be sent out to clients Ordering stationary and consumables for the office About You Previous experience working in an accounting firm Exceptional customer service skills A positive and hard working attitude Be a people person and love talking to new people High attention to detail Company Culture This is a boutique firm which pride themselves on their "family" like culture.
