Job Description We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our Head Office near Perth Airport.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing vital administrative and customer service support.
Strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
Other responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to: Answer and direct all incoming switchboard calls to the appropriate staff member Respond to all Voicemail messages on reception phones Meet and Greet all corporate visitors Monitor Perth Airport Reception mailbox Coordinate site notifications Collect and process incoming and outgoing mail, airbags and freight as per procedure Update and maintain local and nationwide phone/contact lists Assign and create access (swipe) cards for our staff, visitors and guests.
Qualifications The successful candidate will have: Experience working in a similar role Experience in a front desk environment Experience with register logs and or checking data Minimum of Year 12 High school graduation certificate Computer literacy, particularly internal email, Microsoft Office suite, and Oracle Additional Information WHY WORK FOR SGS?
