With more than 25 years of industry experience, they are dedicated to promoting consistency, operational efficiency, and outstanding client service.
As a Corporate Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
This on site position involves managing a multi-line phone system, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the team to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities include: First point of contact for up to 150 calls daily Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth Maintain accurate inbound call and visitor logs.
Manage meeting and boardroom bookings, organise transport and couriers, and maintain office supplies inventory.
Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
Train Admin Assistants on reception duties and contribute to operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience: Professional frontline presentation Experience in a similar high-volume incoming call role within acorporate or legal environment Strong foundation in administration and clerical tasks within a similar setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a minimum of 40 wpm typing speed and 95% accuracy.
Proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally while adapting seamlessly to independent and team environments.
