About the RoleAs the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in maintaining the firm's professional image.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and greeting guests upon arrival.Answering and directing calls with professionalism.Managing meeting room bookings, setup, and turnover.Organising catering and refreshments for meetings.Handling administrative tasks, including expenses, stationery, and kitchen supplies.Assisting with event coordination.Ensuring the reception and kitchen areas are immaculate.Performing general office admin tasks as needed.About YouTo excel in this role, you'll bring:
2+ years of experience as a corporate receptionist.A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed.A natural, friendly approach with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.The capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Impeccable presentation and a passion for maintaining a professional services environment.If you take pride in delivering exceptional first impressions and thrive in a polished corporate setting, we'd love to hear from you!
