Overview of the roleYou will be the face of the business, meeting and greeting important clients as they arrive at the stunning Sydney offices.Take calls from investors and redirect to the appropriate team.Manage the busy meeting room bookings.Assist with internal event management such as quarterly events and drinks, Christmas party, weekly client dinners, venue hires, themes and ideas for internal staff functions, and so much more!You will be responsible for providing high net worth clients with top tier service and the first impression of the business.Assisting with new starter queries.Assisting on office wide projects.The successful candidate will look likeHave a minimum of 2+ years experience in Administration, Corporate Reception, Hospitality or Customer Service.Be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders of the business.Have a super professional demeanour and presentation.Be articulate, well presented and have an eagerness to help.Requirements:You will be required to be in the office 5 days per week given the nature of the role.
