GWS technology client account based in PerthFull Time Receptionist role within corporate environmentMixture of administrative and reception dutiesPerth | Mooroo | Land of the Whadjuk Noongar peopleHere's a snapshot of your day:First point of contact for all visitors, registering visitors and advising of emergency evacuation procedures, and amenities onsite.Coordinating any room bookings within tenancy space, or within the service office, including assisting with catering, audio visual and equipment requirements.Manage reception area, desk always attended to, and general office area well maintained, cleanliness of meeting rooms, kitchen, and shared collaboration spaces.Receive and process all incoming and outgoing mail for the site, including storage and maintaining a register of incoming and outgoing goods for client.Manage reception communications, including a dedicated mailbox, calls, and client communication channels (slack, MS Teams), responding in a timely manner.Badge management for internal and external guests (temporary badges, contractor badges, visitor badges), as per the client's local security protocols.Ensure printer areas are clean and well stocked. Conduct daily checks at all printer areas; changing over toners, shredding old documents, and reporting any issues to ******/order inventory of mailing and stationary supplies.Records Management: assist client in ordering boxes for archiving, and ensure they are following correct procedure.Daily floor walks, to maintain office facilities including cleaning whiteboards, reporting cleaning issues, checking client area is presentable. Proactive identification of any issues and raising with the FC for action.Kitchen Consumables: assist with looking after Client coffee machine, and help distribute items; tea, coffee, milk, and client snacks.Comply with contractor sign-in process, ensuring this is adhered to, and site inductions are complete prior to works commencing.
