Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a proactive and passionate Corporate Receptionist to join our Office Services team in our Perth head office.
Reporting to the Office Services Administrator and working alongside a small team of dedicated professionals, this role will be responsible for providing general reception duties, ensuring that all enquiries are appropriately managed whilst providing high-level support to the wider business.
This position must be a Mon-Fri role, fulfilling fulltime hours of 8am - 5pm.
The tasks you'll perform Reception duties such as meeting and greeting of clients, visitors & staff in a professional manner and overseeing the sign-in / sign-out process for all guests.
Action incoming phone and email communications with a high level of customer service.
Provide accurate, professional and compliant administration support using company approved policies and procedures.
Drive our various corporate charity and fundraising initiatives.
Assist with the coordination and management of company meetings and corporate events.
Support our internal stakeholders and provide high quality interactions with clients and guests.
Be a committed team player who communicates effectively, keeps everyone in the loop and provides additional support to the Office Services team where possible.
The expertise you'll bring A high level of administrative ability and attention to detail.
Willingness to go above and beyond, and a passion for providing high levels of service to facilitate exceptional employee experiences.
Well developed communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with numerous stakeholders across all business units.
Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including Clients, vendors and co-workers.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
Experience as a Corporate Receptionist or a similar administrative role will be highly regarded but not compulsory.
