About the Role

Our Business Solutions team are looking for a dynamic Corporate Receptionist to join the team, based in Sydney, on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have receptionist and administration experience in a professional services or corporate environment and will be someone who is approachable, enthusiastic and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Receiving guests, clients and staff in a professional manner, promptly advising relevant parties of their arrival and direction to their allocated rooms; Answering all telephone calls and recording accurate and detailed information to send to firm recipients in a timely manner; Interpreting client needs and connecting them with the appropriate team members, whilst based on reception; Responding to email and telephone requests and enquiries promptly and efficiently; Arranging and confirming meeting room bookings including allocating rooms, confirming and arranging catering, audio visual equipment and other various room facilities; Ensuring client facing areas are maintained and presented to highest standards and, in co-ordination with the office services assistant, maintain cleanliness and presentability of the back-of-house areas; Manage incoming and outgoing mail; Liaise with building facilities management to address any facilities issues; Act as the firm's travel and accommodation co-ordinator arranging bookings for staff and client related travel (flights, hotels and hire cars) through the firm's travel provider; Interact with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations, including safe destruction collections, milk deliveries, stationery deliveries, and courier deliveries; Working in co-ordination with the office services assistant and IT team for room set up, provision of equipment and in room support when required; Oversee weekly checks of office stationery and kitchen supplies, and place orders as needed; Assisting teams with administration from time to time.

About You

You will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a Reception role gained in a professional services or corporate environment.
You are well known for your professional composure with the ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and integrity as well as your strong client service orientation.
You have excellent time management skills and take pride in your work.
