Our client, a leading company in the oil & gas sector, is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of the company, managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations ensuring smooth workflow
• Provide warm reception to clients, vendors and other visitors to the office
• Coordinate typing and formatting of documents using MS Office, mail collection and distribution
• Ensure efficient coordination and maintenance of all office supplies, kitchen supplies and equipment
• Maintain an efficient filing system both manual and electronic for the business
• Participate in management and staff meetings, committees and working parties including organising meetings and typing of minutes
• Manage booking of couriers, goods inward/outward requirements, equipment repairs and servicing
• Coordinate staff functions, catering and customer gifts along with associated correspondence
• Oversee travel management/mobilisation coordination ensuring all documentation is completed correctly
• Book travel, taxi, accommodation and car hire for site travel while maintaining travel management filing system
Key Requirements:
• Prior receptionist or admin experience
• Open friendly and professional manner that fosters positive relationships
• Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail ensuring smooth operations
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities demonstrating adaptability
