Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our Head Office near Perth Airport.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing vital administrative and customer service support.
Strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
Other responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
Answer and direct all incoming switchboard calls to the appropriate staff memberRespond to all Voicemail messages on reception phonesMeet and Greet all corporate visitorsMonitor Perth Airport Reception mailboxCoordinate site notificationsCollect and process incoming and outgoing mail, airbags and freight as per procedureUpdate and maintain local and nationwide phone/contact listsAssign and create access (swipe) cards for our staff, visitors and guests.QualificationsThe successful candidate will have:
Experience working in a similar roleExperience in a front desk environmentExperience with register logs and or checking dataMinimum of Year 12 High school graduation certificateComputer literacy, particularly internal email, Microsoft Office suite, and OracleAdditional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?
