CBD Location Start ASAP Customer focused role Providing their customers an amazing and positive experience is what has enabled this group to experience successful growth over the years.
They are now searching for a likeminded Customer Service extraordinaire to join their team as the new Corporate Receptionist.
This is a permanent, full-time role, based on-site in the CBD.
Reporting to HR, you will be responsible in ensuring an incredible guest experience from the moment they arrive.
Your warm, welcoming and engaging personality, along with your creative flair, administrative skills and eye for detail will see you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities include: Meeting and greeting customers ensuring an amazing first impression Respond to all guest questions and requests Answer incoming phone calls Ensure front of house is immaculately presented Ensure inventory is stocked Assist with internal events Input into the development of documentation, communications, and training materials Requirements include: Exceptional customer service Passionate and dedicated team player Excellent stakeholder management Clear and concise communication style Warm and friendly demeanour Strong IT skills This role won't be available for long, don't hesitate in sending your cover letter and resume to McKinley Green today!
