With their administrative team continuing to grow, there is an opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team on a full time basis in their Fortitude Valley head office.
The Role
This role plays an intergral part of the office management team and is responsible for the day to day running of a busy office environment.
You will work closely in a team of administrative assistants to ensure the facilities of a busy property firm are well managed and all clients have a positive first point of contact experience with the brand.
You will be well supported by the Office Manager and receive ongoing training and development.
This role would perfectly suit an individual who excels at client service seeking a step into a corporate role.
This role will include -
Greeting clients that walk into the business Phone call answering and message taking Setting up of meeting rooms Mangement of facilities bookings Adhoc administrative support to the Directors Assistance with event planning and management Stationary ordering and monitoring of office supplies About You
