The role


Reporting to a supportive Branch Manager in their Eagle Street office, you will be the valued face of Brisbane office as you manage a wide array of functions.

Specific duties include (but will not be limited to)

· Oversee reception functions

· Establish and maintain office supplies

· Meet and greet clients attending the office

· Ensure catering and support is provided

for on-site meetings

· Providing daily ad-hoc administrative

support to the Brisbane office

· Assistance with People & Culture

activities as required



To call this role your own, you will have

· Minimum two years minimum office

experience

· Strong skills in MS Office, in addition

to being savvy with adapting to new systems

· Exceptional interpersonal communication

skills and the ability communicate effectively with all levels of the

organisation

· A genuine desire to connect with this

already supportive and genuine culture which is based on collaboration,

initiative and respect


Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and task orientated approach will see you to provide huge support to the team and greater business.
